Gratitude  God bless Charles "Chip" Halsey, wherever he is. Chip was a charming mischief-maker, or probably more accurately, a borderline juvenile delinquent. His single mother, seeking a stricter environment for young Chip, sent him off to Breck. There, he picked up a taste for a couple of things Dale and I probably would've missed: the jazz of Eddie Harris and the pop/r&b of Earth, Wind & Fire. I can't thank him enough for the introduction.
