Music From Big Pink Somehow, The Band mostly passed me by until they showed up on Saturday Night Live shortly before their farewell show. I remember for sure they did "Stage Fright", and I was hooked. The Last Waltz, of course, is a brilliant movie, and I thought about including the disc here, but I felt like it focuses too much on performances by others and the band, I mean The Band, deserved its own spotlight.
